Reserve this for modules where errors have severe financial or regulatory consequences, such as the financial core.

Regardless of strategy, invest heavily in training. The most technically perfect ERP will fail if users do not understand it. Create role-specific training materials, run hands-on workshops with realistic scenarios, and designate “super users” in each department who receive advanced training and serve as first-line support for their colleagues.
